What is mindfulness?
Meditation (also known as mindfulness), an ancient mental training method originating from the east, is highly praised by contemporary western mainstream society and used to deal with pressure and regulate body and mind. In 1979, Dr. Kabagin founded MBSR at the university of Massachusetts medical center. MBSR is designed to relieve negative emotions in patients.
